Course Objectives
- Learn Microsoft Office Software
- Operate
office equipment
- Conduct professional face to face and telephone interactions
- Solve customer problems and effectively manage difficult customers
- Fill entry-level positions in management, customer service,and Data Processing
- Obtain both a High School Diploma and a Nationally accredited
certificate in Computer Technologies for Customer Service
- Be at least 18 years old
- Pass the Ability to Benefit
Test
- Score at least 8.0 on the TABE test
- Want Customer
Service and Computer Skills
- Want to go to work, college, or the military
- Need to obtain a High School Diploma
Are you ready to
